18’s TRAVEL Team Fees $4,600

Practices / Scrimmages three times per week & two per week when teams have a weekend tournament scheduled & during the Holidays season (Dec & Jan).
Regular season Fees are from December 2023 through the end of the 2024 regular season (End of April).
Age group workouts and selected clinics in November; gym & coaching fees for regular season practices.
Entry & Coaching Fees for SCVA Entry tournament, 4-5 SCVA Power/Elite tournaments, and SoCal Championships.
Player Uniform Packages include: 3 Practice T-Shirts; 3 jerseys, spandex, warm-ups, and a player backpack.
College Recruiting Assistance and HUDL Account for stats and video highlights.

17’s, 16’s, 15’s TRAVEL Team Fees $4,800

14’s, 13’s, 12’s and 11’s REGIONAL Team Fees $4,000

Practices / Scrimmages two times per week & one per week when teams have a weekend tournament scheduled & during the Holidays season (Dec & Jan).
Regular season fees are from November 2023 through the end of the 2024 regular season (SoCal Champ).
Age group workouts and selected clinics in October; gym & coaching fees for regular 2024 season practices.
Player Uniform Packages include: 3 Practice T-Shirts; 2 jerseys, spandex, warm-ups, and a player backpack.

Additional fees are required to continue to practice in June if team/player do not play in season-end tourney.

$100 Returning Player from the 2022/23 Season (ONLY available if deposit is paid in full on Commitment Night)
$100 Season Fees Payment in Full Discount (ONLY available if paid in full on Commitment Night)
$250 Siblings Discount (for second/third sibling – discount is taken off younger sibling - one per family)

Travel Team Optional & Post-Season Tournaments:

Travel Teams will evaluate and assess conditions to attend any travel tournaments such as Jr National Qualifiers (JNQs) and other travel tournaments such as Las Vegas Classic, Triple Crown, AAU, JVA, and any post-season tournaments. The club will decide IF IT IS REASONABLE and SAFE TO TRAVEL to any of these tournaments and will communicate with those teams on how to plan and budget for them. Each team will conduct parent/player information meetings with their team’s coach & club staff to discuss and determine tournament priorities and any invitational & qualifying tournaments they could attend. The Board of Directors will make the FINAL decision in determining which tournaments teams will attend. Once the priorities are determined, additional fees will be assessed for entry & coaching fees/expenses. Several events now have a stay & play policy where teams are required to book their housing with approved sites.

Tournaments & Events:

The 2023-2024 SCVA Girls’ Tournament Schedule for each age group will be posted on the SCVA website.

There are separate age levels tournaments under SCVA for each division from 18’s through 11s & Under.
Optional Tournaments: Optional tournaments/travel fees will be discussed with each team in October, November, or December. Optional tournaments include the USAV Jr. National Qualifiers in other USAV Regions; SCVA Holiday Tournament; SCVA Bid Tournament; and Triple Crown/JVA/AAU Showcases.
Post-Season Girls’ Events: These events will be discussed with each travel team’s players/parents in November / December to determine their team’s options for [bid or invitational events] event dates, & entry deadlines, and projected associated fees. Travel Teams will be required to have a season-end tournament.

2023-2024 SCVA Commitment & Non-Refundable Deposit Due Dates

15 - 18’s team: Commitment and $1,000 Deposit due July 23, 2023

11 – 14’s team: Commitment and $1,000 Deposit due October 1, 2023

All Travel Team players are required to pay a $300 non-refundable deposit to be applied to their Season-End Tournament.

NOTE: Travel tournaments (i.e., Holiday Classic, Las Vegas Classic, Triple Crown, JNQs, JNs, JVA, AAU, etc.) are NOT included in the “season fees.” Amounts and due dates are TBD and determined by a team budget and charged separately. The SCVA Regional Bid Tournament is NOT included in the “season fees.”

Account Billing & Statements:

Our club will email monthly statements/payment reminders to parents when fees are due.

Methods of Payment & Club Billing Address:
Payment by Cash, Check, Zelle, or Money Order payable to “SBVBC” is preferred. Credit cards and debit cards are also acceptable.

Club Payments can also be dropped at AIM Sports (big gym) in the SBVBC Mailbox located on the west side of the gym next to court 1 (next to the storage cage) or given to Director Maria Fattal.

Credit Card Payments:

The club accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit card or debit card payments. Attached you will find the Credit Card Authorization Form. You can download the form under Club Forms on our website if you would like to pay your club fees by credit or debit card.

You can also choose to pay for tournament fees using your card on file. Just check the last box on the Credit Card Authorization Form, and your card on file will be charged accordingly during the season.

Delinquent / Past Due Accounts:

Players with delinquent deposits or monthly fee payments may be subject to the following until they are current: not being allowed to practice, play at tournaments, participate in group skills clinics, or receive their uniform package.

OPTIONAL Services:
